Text Messaging Programs and Consent

ANNEX ORBIS Inc. sends text messages in two programs: one-time sign-in codes from 888-687-0240, and replies about your inquiry from our sales and support line, 888-672-4771. Both are optional, and you receive texts only after you agree to them. We never send marketing blasts, and we never sell or share your number for marketing.

1. ANNEX ORBIS Verification Codes

Program: ANNEX ORBIS Verification Codes, sent by ANNEX ORBIS Inc. from toll-free 888-687-0240.

What we send: a one-time 6-digit code when you sign in to ANNEX ORBIS or confirm a phone number, only when you ask for one, and one confirmation when you add a number. Each code expires after 10 minutes.

Message frequency: one message per request. Message and data rates may apply.

Texting is optional. The same screens let you sign in with a code sent to your email, or with a passkey, instead. You can remove your number at any time.

2. How you opt in to verification codes

You opt in on the ANNEX ORBIS sign-in screen at app.annexorbis.com/sign-in, in our iPhone, iPad and Android apps, or at Account → Security → Phone number. Only you can enter your own number. We never buy numbers or add them for you.

  • Enter your mobile number.
  • Tick the text consent checkbox. It is unchecked by default and separate from everything else on the screen.
  • Select Send code. It stays disabled until the box is ticked. We text a code from 888-687-0240.
  • Enter the code. We record your consent with the date and time.

3. Verification code messages

4. ANNEX ORBIS Sales and Support

Program: ANNEX ORBIS Sales and Support, sent by ANNEX ORBIS Inc. from toll-free 888-672-4771.

What we send: replies from our team about your inquiry, such as answers to your questions and scheduling a demo or call. No bulk promotional messages.

Message frequency varies with your conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Texting is optional; we can also reply by email.

How you opt in: on our Talk to us form, enter your mobile number (optional) and tick the separate text consent checkbox. It is unchecked by default and not required to send the form. You can also opt in by texting us first at 888-672-4771.

5. Opting out and help

Reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT) to the number that texted you at any time. Your carrier also confirms the opt-out. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or email support@annexorbis.com.

If you opt out of verification codes, you can still sign in with an emailed code or a passkey.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and we never sell it. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
