Annex Orbis Terms of Service

Welcome to Annex Orbis! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Annex Orbis application ("App"), operated by Arrested Relations LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), a Nevada company. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

1. Use of the App

1.1 Eligibility
To use the App, you must be at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of your parent or guardian to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms.

1.2 Account Registration
To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device.

2. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. By using the App, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

3. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.

• Interfering with the operation of the App or any user’s enjoyment of the App.

• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or circumvent any security or authentication measures of the App.

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App or any portion thereof.

4. User Content

4.1 Responsibility for User Content
You are solely responsible for any content you submit, post, or display on the App ("User Content"). You grant Arrested Relations LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such User Content.

4.2 Content Standards
All User Content must comply with these Terms and applicable law. You agree not to post any content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the App and its contents are owned by Arrested Relations LLC or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the App without our express written permission.

6. Third-Party Services and Content

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Arrested Relations LLC. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for any third-party websites, information, materials, products, or services. If you access a third-party website or service from the App, you do so at your own risk.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arrested Relations LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the App; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App; (d) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party; (e) any errors or omissions in any content; and/or (f) any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Arrested Relations LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
